Fitting a kitchen or bathroom involves more trades than most people expect: plumbing, electrics, tiling, carpentry and decoration. Rather than leaving you to co-ordinate multiple contractors, we manage the whole process. Will oversees every stage and brings in trusted sub-trades where needed.

We can work with kitchen and bathroom units you’ve already purchased, or advise on suppliers we’ve used before. Either way, the focus is on a clean result and a job that holds up over time.

Site Visit & Quote

We visit, assess the existing space, discuss your plans and provide a detailed itemised quote.

Strip-Out

Full removal of the existing kitchen or bathroom including disposal. We protect the rest of your home throughout.

First Fix & Structural

Any structural alterations, first-fix plumbing and electrics, and preparation of walls and floors.

Fit & Finish

Units fitted, tiling completed, second-fix plumbing and electrics, decoration. Final snagging and handover.

A straightforward kitchen replacement typically takes one to two weeks. Larger projects involving structural alterations will take longer — we’ll give you a realistic programme at the quote stage.

Yes. We work with trusted tiling contractors and include this as part of the job rather than leaving you to source it separately.
